To date, we have grown to include more than 20 full-time employees, and we are still expanding. We are searching for a Fieldwork Analyst to join our thriving team in Zagreb, Croatia. As a Fieldwork Analyst at USP Marketing Consultancy, you will be responsible for managing the fieldwork in projects which includes communication with our partners (fieldwork suppliers) all around the world and helping them to improve their performance, achieve better results and make sure that each research project meets the quality standards. You will be dealing with quantitative (online and over the phone) and qualitative research projects (in depth interviews, focus groups).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary contact for our fieldwork suppliers and monitor their performances closely
  • Address and resolve problems that arise during fieldwork on a daily basis
  • Enhance the performance of our partners through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deliver reports to the Project Manager and the rest of the research team internally
  • Implement quality control measures to uphold the accuracy and reliability of the collected data

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant university degree or corresponding certificate in social sciences, economy, or data analytics
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both in written and personal communication
  • Ability to meet deadlines and cope with multitasking
  • Goal-oriented person with problem-solving mindset
  • Adaptable to working under pressure and managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
  • High organization and prioritization skills
  • Analytical thinking and paying attention to details
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of SPSS is a plus
  • Experience in project management is a plus
